Project
Management
Our
Process
Project
management is the application
of tools, techniques
and resources in order
to achieve a set of clearly
defined objectives. When
a project is properly managed,
the potential for success
is maximized. All facets
are taken into account,
including time, material,
resources, risk and scope.
At Influence Internet,
we are a team of experienced,
certified project managers — a
significant key to our
success.
| We base
our project management
on a five-phase process: |
• |
— At
the start of a project,
we will define the
project’s objectives,
develop its scope
and assumptions,
and identify the
constraints. |
• |
— During
the planning phase,
we will develop a
project plan and
schedule, define
objectives and identify
the methods by which
we will achieve the
desired results. |
• |
— In
this critical stage,
we will coordinate
and manage all resources
in order to carry
out the project plan. |
• |
— By
measuring and monitoring
the project’s
progress at regular
intervals, we will
ensure that project
objectives are met.
If required, we will
take corrective action. |
• |
— At
the end of the project,
we will review the
project’s scope
and achievements,
and reach a formalized
acceptance. |
There
are several reasons why
a project can fail, including
undefined objectives and
goals, unrealistic timeframes,
insufficient resources,
poorly defined responsibilities
and poor communication.
We strive to limit your
risk by integrating “Risk
Management” as a
part of our critical project
management timeline.
At Influence
Internet our project management
team is comprised of Project
Management Institute (PMI®)
Certified Project Management
Professionals (www.pmi.org).
This organizational framework
is designed to optimize
each project’s success
potential and reduce each
client’s overall
cost.

"Your
project manager guided me
through each critical step,
providing an educational
experience as well as much
needed focus. With so many
elements coming together,
from content through to technological
aspects, it seems that it
would be easy to let items
slip through the cracks.
Danna always coordinated
all of the items, keeping
me informed of progress,
and providing me with one
person that I could go to
with questions and ideas
for my site."
